The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• You did not put any date for the project. The project date is required.
• Since the fan club in UI is already registered, paying for hall space is questionable.
• Since this is already an existing club, why is there a fund for roll-up banners? Doesn’t the club already have a roll-up banner?
• Food cost should be reduced
• Weekly data reimbursement for active editors cannot be funded. This should be discussed separately
• Certificates should be removed from the budget
• Who are the 5 branded T-shirts for.

Thank you, I provided answers below for the request on my application.

• The timeline for the project has been included.
• Getting a nice event space has been a challenge. If there's no funding for the hall space, we will work with what we have.
• I think there should be a new roll-up banner for the campaign.
• Food cost has been reduced as recommended.
• Weekly data reimbursement removed. How do we go about discussing this separately. Data reimbursement will serve as a motivation for editors.
• Certificates removed
• The 5 branded T-shirts is for the three facilitators and top 2 editors.

Final adjustments

Hello Ogundele1, after careful deliberation, we have decided to make some adjustments to your project. The first is to reduce the number of participants to 30 for an effective participation. This has led to some minor adjustments in your budget

• hall - 45,000
• food - 45,000 (1500 x 3)
• contingency - 15,000

The new budget would now stand at 230,000 NGN. Please make these adjustment to your budget as we proceed with the funding.
