The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Food cost should be reduced
• Data support should be reduced
• To have a more realistic budget, we suggest you make it a one day event. (this is only a suggestion).
• Going through different proposals, we discovered that User:Akwugo and User:Ngostary2k will be part of different projects in the same month. Can you get these two users to comment on their availability in the discussion page?

Budget Reduction

Final adjustments

Hello Chidex02, after going through your proposal, we have decided to make some adjustments relating to your budget.

• refreshment - 90,000 (1,500 x 45 x2)
• banner/flyer - 20,000
• camera - 10,000 (publicity is already covered by banner/flyer, hence this item only covers for camera)
• contingency - 15,000

These changes puts your budget at 275,000 NGN. Please update the budget section of your proposal with these new changes.
