Explain your plan

As mentioned before I contribute in the WMF movement in different ways and the laptop will be use to continue working easier on organising the activities that I'm already working on. For smaller workshops and meetups related to Wiki Loves Maps, the laptop will be used for the preparation of the workoshps, during the workshops (for the projection) or for the participants in case one or more of them do not have a laptop. The same applies for events such as Wiki Weekend where I am on the organizing team or for all the activities related to our user group where I actively participate. I'd like to stress out the fact that the laptop will not only be used by me, but also from other people at our local Wikimedia community (for example at our hackerspace in Tirana) in times when I will not be using the laptop for WMF related project. This, in my opinion, gives more value to the donation since more people will benefit from this.

Affected projects

Add the existing Wikimedia projects (Wikipedia, Commons, etc.) and language versions that you seek to impact with this equipment.

• I've contributing to commons for quite some time focused in different themes. My contributions are published here;
• As the initiator and part of the organising team of Wiki Weekend I've worked on making sure that all the detailed of the event are well curated. Photos from the last event can be found here[;
• My focus is on SQ Wikipedia and my contributions can be found here;
• I've played an active role in the community growth in Albania through small and medium sized workshops and events.

Work you're proud of

• Wiki Loves Maps, a project that aims the improvement of geo-information on SQ Wikipedia articles. I worked on establishing the project and organized workoshops in the local hackerspace, which resulted in more than 550 improved articles. Here is the list of improved articles.
• Had in important role in the establishment of Wikimedians of Albanian Language User Group;
• I have organized Wiki Weekend Tirana, the yearly event of the SQ Wikipedians in the capital of Albania. I have been part of the organising team since day one. Photos from the last edition can be found here.
• Wiki Loves Monuments: part of the organising team of the competition since day one. Here is the official website of the project http://wikilovesmonuments.al/.
