This resolution was approved by vote on 31 July 2018.


RESOLVED that an official membership form must be accomplished by the applicant in order to join the organization, and only those who get a majority vote from the Board shall be considered a member.

RESOLVED FURTHER that the official membership form shall contain information such as legal name, birth date, and address of the applicant to be verified with valid government-issued identification.
