WHEREAS, Ramon Olaño, Jr. formally resigned as a member of the Board on June 2, 2020 citing that he needs to fully concentrate on his personal projects. Further, Olaño was appointed as Auditor during the first Board meeting which he never formally accepted until his resignation;

WHEREAS the Board members present longlisted the name of members, which is trimmed down to three nominees and then ranked according to the most preferred nominee for the position of Board Member;

WHEREAS, Steven Fung relinquished his position as Secretary as he also holds the position of Vice President. Further, he is based abroad and somebody from Camarines Sur should take place for practical reasons;

RESOLVED, that Marvin Molin who received the highest ranking among the three shortlisted nominees is appointed as Board Member, pending to his acceptance;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Maffeth Opiana is hereby appointed as the new Secretary;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that Ralff Nestor Nachor is appointed as Auditor, and John Paul Collantes is appointed as Public Information Officer, pending to their acceptance.
