Goals[edit]

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

Yes, the project went well although, we met up to 70% of our target and not 100%

Outcome[edit]

Please report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.

Target outcome Achieved outcome Explanation
35 attendees 25 Attendees Some students could not attend the event because it was close to exam period and some had unforseen tests and exams so, they missed it.
150 Uploads 103 Uploads Due to the fewer than planned number of editors available for the photo walk and training, the 150 target could not be achieved.Exams also stopped some editors from doing extra to get content to upload.
10 New editors 13 New editors In this regard, the target was met and exceeded.

Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well? Our learning session was fantastic. The facilitator was experienced so, it really helped the learning. She also took us on the photowalk, as she is a resident of the environment, epe.
  • What did not work so well? Attendance of editors didn't exactly go as planned. Some editors registered, we made preparations for them and they didn't show up. Some say they had impromptu classes, tests, etc as it was very close to exams.
  • What would you do differently next time? We would ensure to confirm the availability of each registered editor before time, so that we would not make more preparations than present editors.
