Project Summary[edit]
The Donor Survey was created to be a tool to gather feedback from our past donors related to country specific information (payment methods, currency, ask strings, appeals, ..) in order to create a better donor experience for the future Fundraiser campaigns and pages.
Methods[edit]
We will be sending out email/surveys with country specific related questions to the donor's emails. Only donors that agreed with receiving communication from Wikimedia will be receiving these emails.
Benefits for the Wikimedia community[edit]
This project will help us understand different countries and cultures in such a fashion in order to maximize the use of our fundraising pages towards more donations in less fundraising days.
