Stewards/Elections 2015/Coordination/Banners/Call for translations

Dear Translators,

I apologize for the delay, but the 2015 Steward election banners are now available for translation.

They consist of two banners (the call for candidates displayed to sysops, and the call for voting displayed to users) representing the two phases of the process.

The text is not all that different from previous years', but we've done some work to standardize the banners and avoid the need to updates, as well as use this occasion to ask for translators to update the text to reflect the current English text, which has changed over the years.
