I have added some thoughts coming out of discussions with Charles Andrés, Ilario Valdelli, Muriel Staub, Frieda Brioschi, Lorenzo Losa, Andrea Zanni, Cristian Consonni, Sophie Osterberg, Kilian Kluge, Roberto Corda, Remulazz just as a starting point.
