Both the date and time and location are currently provisional but I'd like to get them nailed down fairly soon. Certainly the date needs to be finalised by the end of July at the latest and the venue ideally a fortnight before the event if not sooner, so unless there is discussions here to the contrary, or a decision to confirm sooner, I'll settle on Saturday 1 September 2018 in the Commercial Rooms by the 28 July.

Either Saturday or Sunday are options, but the weekend before (25/26 August) is the bank holiday and so I guess Bristol will be busy and fewer people will be able to attend. Thryduulf (talk: meta · en.wp · wikidata) 18:27, 30 June 2018 (UTC)

Surrounding wikiprojects

It's already linked! In my experience not much editing happens during social meetups (although I did create the w:Bridgwater Canal disambiguation page at the last Oxford meetup), but any article improvements are obviously a good thing!
