Add topicUsers without a smartphone locked out[edit]
There are reports that authorization via SMS “obvious[ly]” doesn’t work since April, 2021. And an active phone number is mandatory for each user. How can Wikimedia promote this instant messaging system now? Why the community which made slogans against digital divide a part of the brand doesn’t rally for boycott?
