Yes, I'd be interested in designing an alternative "form not content" consititution. Idea is "people always want to use government to do stuff" so one should design a constitution which accommodates that, i.e. none of this limited powers libertarian junk, none of this social justice junk, just a microkernel constitution which creates a stable democratic way for other national or transnational directly democratic agencies to come into existance, and fade from existance. Key to this are a number of ideas, such as mandatory sunsets for alll laws and direct popular control over the budget, i.e. everyone writes their own budget when they vote, and the agencies get the national average.
