Hey, I was evaluating the project ideas and had a look at yours. While your idea seems useful to create a healthy atmosphere on Wikipedia, I am not sure how you plan to go about doing it. Maybe you should improve the section 'Actionable' and answer questions like how will you do it? I think that should help improve your chances of getting a fellowship. Cheers! Archiving[edit]

This idea has been reviewed and was not selected for fellowship at this time, so I'm archiving it. The proposer or anyone else interested in working on this project would be welcome to bring it back up again in a future open call for fellows if you're still interested later one. As suggested by Noopur28, the "how" of this project seems to still be a big question and more details would need to be provided in order to be considered for fellowship.
