Template:Locked global account

This template should not be used for normal blocks or bans; rather, it is for accounts that have been globally locked by a steward after due consideration. The template adds the __NOINDEX__ magic word.
Usage
Note: This template should be used ocasionally to mark user account as globally locked for specific reasons. This template lists user and talk pages of globally locked accounts at Category:Locked global accounts.
