| Abstract:
EN: In Turkey, the students who edited Wikipedia as a university assignment are now graduates and some of them are teaching the next generation how to edit Wikipedia as young teachers. In this session, we will talk to a university lecturer who has been giving his students Wikipedia assignment to improve geography articles on the Turkish Wikipedia, one of his students of his who is now a geography teacher at a high school giving Wikipedia assignments in his course, and a secondary school student who did a Wikipedia assignment on his geography course last semester. Together, we will talk about the past, present and future of the Wikipedia Education Program in Turkey. TR: Türkiye'de üniversitede ödev olarak Vikipedi'de ilk düzenlemelerini yapan öğrenciler artık mezun oldular ve şimdi içlerinden bazıları öğretmen olarak yeni nesle Vikipedi'yi nasıl düzenleyeceklerini öğretiyorlar. Bu oturumda, öğrencilerine Türkçe Vikipedi'de coğrafya maddelerini geliştirme ödevi veren bir üniversite öğretim üyesiyle, onun şimdi bir orta öğrenim kurumunda coğrafya öğretmenliği yapan bir öğrencisiyle ve onun geçen dönem verdiği Vikipedi ödevini yapan bir lise öğrencisiyle ile sohbet edeceğiz. Birlikte, Türkiye'deki Vikipedi Eğitim Programı'nın geçmişi, bugünü ve geleceği hakkında konuşacağız. |

EN:Participants from other countries where Wikipedia Education Program is at younger phases would have a chance of seeing evolvement of Wikipedia Education Program in Turkey by time; and would derive lessons for improving the program in their country. TR:Vikipedi Eğitim Programı'nın daha yeni olduğu diğer ülkelerden gelen katılımcılar, Türkiye'deki Vikipedi Eğitim Programı'nın zaman içindeki gelişimini görme şansına sahip olacaklar ve kendi ülkelerindeki programı geliştirmek için dersler çıkaracaklardır. | |||
