MY WIKIPEDIA MISSIONS:
1. To help develop Wikipedia's potential as an offline-online local community-building tool. How?, asks thee. By building article networks, beginning new articles for organizations and institutions that have had a profound impact upon my locality, and bettering poorly-conceived articles.
2. To provide linguistic support for Internet minority languages (as in not English), making the Internet a more accessible virtual space.
