I am a steward since 21 December 2007 and an administrator since 14 January 2008. I am also an administrator on non-Wikimedia Wikilivres hosted in Canada where most works that cannot be hosted on Wikisource due to American non-acceptance of the rule of the shorter term can be posted there. This kind of copyright problem impedes the development of Wikimedia sites so a petition is proposed to the United States Congress. I watch IP edits with any possible signs of vandalism. I also have a username on English WikiTravel not run by Wikimedia.

Requesting help from local Wiki sysops or bureaucrats with language barriers can be difficult, so better reforms will be needed and Bureaucrat/Removal for inactivity on small wiki is a proposed policy to demote inactive bureaucrats on small wikis.
