Wikimedia Fair-use Commons (FUC) is a fair-use-only Commons wiki that I propose.

There are Wikimedia Projects that allow fair use (example: English Wikipedia). FUC only connects these wikis and allows uploading of fair-use media files. (FUC does not connect wikis that do not allow fair use.)

Wikimedia Commons solved the problem of overlapping uploading and has economized capacity of servers of Wikimedia Foundation. However, Wikimedia Commons does not allow uploading of fair-use files. FUC will be solve this problem.
