Hi Vituzzu

I am an editor from Turkey at en:WP with the user name "CeeGee" (IP 78.161.71.116.). Since couple of days, I have been experiencing trouble to access en:WP with the error message "Secure Connection Failed". When I switch to open proxy (IP 178.62.128.67.), I can access en:WP in read-only mode. I am blocked with the message "You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reasons: Your IP address is in a range which has been blocked on all wikis" under the page title "View source for ...". Is it possible to unblock my IP somehow? Thanks. CeeGee
