New elements

As I say in French on Planet Wikimedia/Discussions concernant fr.planet#Nouveaux éléments, the most active blog on fr planet is bashing again editors by doing psychological « analysis » of the behavior of them (paranoia, arbitrator « popoisation », meaning "the way of Popo le Chien", etc.).
