Dear Kirill,

Thank you for informing us that our participation in the Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2023 has been confirmed and for accepting our presentation "Quality and usability of the photos on Commons".

We would like to know who to contact regarding our arrival because Milica and I have a few questions.

As you saw from the summary of our lecture, we are carrying equipment for photography (cameras, tripods...) which is part of the lecture, as well as an exhibition of 15 photos 35 x 50 cm laminated on a solid surface, which we plan to display at the meeting.

We prefer to come to Tbilisi by car, in order to bring everything and avoid possible problems at the airport and unforeseen additional costs. That is why we are interested in the budget for our transfer Belgrade - Tbilisi - Belgrade and whether this money can be paid for travel expenses instead of plane tickets.

And finally, with whom we should agree on those details.

Hello @Miomir Magdevski. As noted on our conference registration page, we only cover travel expenses for Affiliate Delegates who are selected by the affiliations itself. Unfortunately, you are not an Affiliate Delegate and we see you as a self-funded participants. Therefore, we cannot pay for your transfer. Kindly, – – Mehman (WMGE) 08:42, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

Hi Mehman,

We thank you for the offer to attend the meeting and we are very sorry that we will not be able to realize our participation because we are not able to finance the trip and stay at the conference. Still, it is a lot of money for our private budgets.
