Linkage proposal for wikibooks, by Magnus Manske
- Links go like "...Somepage?toc=12345&pos=3.2.1"
- This means the current page is viewed as a page in the book that has it TOC in the article with the (internal) ID 12345
- Within that TOC, this page is at section 3, subsection 2, subsubsection 1
- Parsing the TOC, links to successor/predecessor/up/home can be determined.
