• What worked well?

Paricipanting in wikimania in Burundi for the first time it was a pleasure to learn and show participants what others are doing in their communities.

• What did not work so well?

The Wikimania programs were in different languages. Some of the participants had difficulties to align themselves with the programs of their choice, but the problem was resolved each time due to the collaboration between the participants.

Sometimes participants were interested in more than one program on the same schedule and should only participate in one program.

• What would you do differently next time?

Next time we will do our best to make wikimania a success more than the previous one

• T-shirts with wiki logo: 12$ x 15 = 180$
• Hall rental: 50$ x 5 days = 250$
• Transport & refreshment: 9$ x 15 members x 5 days = 675$
• Internet connection fees: 50$
• Wikimania post event: 58$

Target outcome	Achieved outcome	Explanation
We were targeting to host 15 participants to attend the virtual Wikimania conference of August 13th-17th, 2021.	All the participant have attended the Wikimania conference as planned for the five days of the event.	Some of the participants missed some programs of the conference, mainly programs that did not correspond with the schedule of their activities.
After the Wikimania programs, we were to organize programs for 2 wikimania post event.	11 participants out of the 15 have attended the wikimania post events.	4 participant did not attend the organized wikimania post events due to their activities.
