Goals[edit]
The events went as planned and we were able to achieve our targets to an extent.
The event had been a learning point for organizing such events and we have learned what we need to improve in future iterations.

Learning[edit]
Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
*What worked well?
The participants came well prepared and with the right expectations. All necessary types of equipment were ready in advance and had no technical difficulties. Additionally, sending unlimited data packages to the participants enabled us to carry out our program without internet interruptions
*What did not work so well?
There was a miscommunication with the participants on the agenda on the two days. Since we didn't send the agenda in advance, some participants thought the second day was a repeat of the first and did not take part in the second day. similarly, some participants missed the first day of the event thinking to take part in the second.
*What would you do differently next time?
We have learned that a detailed agenda should be sent in advance. The agenda will also need to be catered to accommodate the different levels of sj=kills that comprise the community. In future events it would be best to have breakout sessions for some veterans to upgrade their skills and a different room for newbies to learn the basics.
