Yes we did meet our goals and Am happy with how it all turned out.

Outcome

Target outcome	Achieved outcome	Explanation
We were targeting to support 8 participants with data bundles subscription to have better internet connection for Wikimania.	We managed support 5 participants.	We managed to support three because the funds came late others where not willing to use there own money.
A Quiet space for watching Wikimania	We hosted one Wikimania post events.	Since the funds came late and some people didn't have the chance to attend the event so we hosted a one event to help those that didn't attend to have a feel of what it was like.
Purchasing of Small hardware support	We couldn't get the items.	The items where expensive to purchase and we just had to rent them for and had to rotate with the team members that where attending the conference

• What worked well?

I think the fact that we where able to have a virtual conference amidst Covid19.

• What did not work so well?

I think the fact that we received the funds late was a disadvantage because it would have been more interactive to participate and engage in real time with the event proceedings. Those that did mange to attend had issues with network

Due to Covid19 and the retractions in my country most people where skeptical about attending the after event and meet up.

• What would you do differently next time?

Receiving the funds earlier makes facilitation more easier.

The network issues was due to the quality of internet provided by my country.

Operational costs	-	300	A 300 was allocated for airtime to call the participates and everyone that was helping in planning

On the 7th of September 2021 700 USD was received was at the exchange rate of 15.965000 a total of 11,175.50 in Zambian Kwacha
