  • Optional, depending on the audience’s needs: A short introduction into next steps of the strategy process (endorsement + phase 2) – 5min (will be thoroughly covered in Session 2)
  • Conversation and Q&A around the strategic direction, its content, meaning and implications for CEE. – 30min

Expected outcomes[edit]

  • Improved understanding of the Wikimedia movement strategic direction and it's implications for CEE

Duration (without Q&A)[edit]

30 minutes presentations; 30 minutes open, facilitated conversation

Specific requirements[edit]

  • Ideally, the chairs are set-up in a large circle, without tables, so that we can create a good atmosphere for an open conversation. We would need a projector for the first part of the session.
  • It would be nice to have sticky notes and pencils so that all participants can write down their key ideas, concerns and needs.
