Summary[edit]
This presentation will showcase the history of Wikimedia Serbia's Seminars of professional development for school teachers, as well as successes that we have achieved throughout the years. We have started 4 years ago with a grassroots effort to educate Serbia's educators about Wikipedia and wiki tools in general, so that they could use them in class. We are ending our second version of the accredited course and will be starting a new one soon. We will explain what topics we cover in those seminars, what are the ways that we follow subsequent work and reconnect with participants, what are the greatest achievements of this program etc.
Expected outcomes[edit]
Audience is familiarized with successes regarding the topic in Serbia and hopefully can find ways to apply similar things in local contexts.
