背景
今年七月自治體已選出參與社群選舉的六位候選人。每個自治體都有一票。投票使用可轉移單票制。自治體討論他們想選擇的候選人，並根據其偏好對候選人進行排序。
自治體代表對候選人提問。候選人在6月24日開始發佈他們的回答。
為了協助此選擇流程，成立了一個分析委員會。
分析委員會
分析委員會在四月底和五月成立，由自治體組成。分析委員會由運動中來自各區域的九位自治體代表組成（包括分會、用戶組，以及主題性團體）。以下每區域各一位代表：
- 中歐和東歐(CEE)；
- 東亞、東南亞以及太平洋地區（ESEAP）；
- 撒哈拉以南非洲；
- 拉丁美洲和加勒比；
- 中東和北非（MENA）；
- 北美（美國和加拿大）；
- 北欧和西欧；
- 南亞；
- 加上一個主題自治體。
北歐和西歐以及南亞地區沒有派出代表。
成立分析委員會的選擇流程由自治體決定，並根據需要由選舉委員會和運動策略與治理團隊提供協助。
分析委員會根據理事會所分享的技能和多樣性、公平性和包容性的標準評估候選人。分析委員會使用候選人在提交申請時所提供的聲明進行評級。分析委員會對候選人評為「金」、「銀」、「銅」。此評級機制旨在自治體規劃投票時提供參考資訊。至於對每位候選人的詳細評估則不公開。
在自治體投票選出入圍的六名候選人後，這六位候選人的評級也被公布，以作為社群投票的參考。此一流程旨在分享有用資訊和盡量減少曝光不必要的候選人資訊之間取得最佳平衡。

过程
分析委员会于五月末至六月中旬开展工作。可在分析委员会讨论找到与他们的会议与进展有关的细节
理事會遴選工作小組以及選舉委員會發展了一套評估標準，協助分析委員會對候選人進行評估。每位分析委員會成員都分別對候選人進行評估。只有兩位支援此流程的運動策略與治理團隊促進員擁有這些個人評分的訪問權。

Each region will appoint 1 committee member in a transparent affiliate selecting process to form a 9 member Analysis Committee.
