Wikimedia Italia has produced the "Wikisource WikiGuide" as part of the series of WikiGuides instructional videos on Wikimedia projects (see also the Bookshelf Project). Subtitles are available on Commons for translation: all languages are welcome (obviously, you can translate from your favourite language, not only from Italian)! See instructions for translation on commons:Commons:Timed_Text#Internationalization. Your translation will be immediately available on Commons and we'll publish it on YouTube as well as soon as possible (please update the status templates below to ensure that we won't miss your translation, using {{cn translation status}}).

If you want to localize the video further (e.g. dubbing it, or even replacing the whole video), you can use the complete script and ask help to Wikimedia Italia.
