Movement Charta process[edit]

Basics
  • in a nutshell: with the departure of the WMF leadership (Katherine and Ryan) in spring the movement governance reform and implementation of important strategic priorities (Global Council, Hubs) seemed to come to a halt. Together with 9 other committed movement stakeholders from various communities, our ED put time and effort into outlining a proposal for a way forward and concrete next steps. We also helped to facilitate movement discussions on the topic on various channels (on-wiki, telegram, international coordination calls, e.g. in the ESAP region etc)
