WMAT strategy meeting[edit]

Basics
  • in a nutshell: Every year in summer, the WMAT board and some of the staff go on a strategy offsite in order to check how the year has been progressing and to prepare the annual plan and budget for the next year. This year we tackled some additional tasks regarding organisational development: The general assembly tasked us with reforming our election process.
