Documentation of expenses[edit]

The WMF Grants Program currently has no record of requesting or receiving documents for this grant, although we acknowledge that these receipts may have been sent. At this time, WMF only required grantees to keep receipts on file and to produce receipts when requested (although it is now our standard practice to request receipts from all grantees). Hi Winifred, Asaf Bartov, Alex Wang
After talking with Asaf at IberoConf, In the spirit of finish the report of the remain money of the grant in a value of 2728.70 euros, we request in the report for that money to be used in the following fashion:
  1. Commemoration of Wikipedia's 10th anniversary on 15 January (approximate expected cost: 1100€ / $1474)
  2. Commemoration of Portuguese Wikipedia's 10th anniversary on 11 May
  3. GLAM activities (some partnerships currently in conversation stage will be made live)
  4. Participation in the Europe-wide Wiki loves Monuments photo rally (in planning stage, no specific budget set yet)
All the activites of 2011 had a total expense of 1533.79 euros, and the finacial report can be seen here, all the activites perfomed in that year can be found in our Anual Report of 2011 (here the version in English).
At the end of 2011, we had a total amount of 1194.91 euros, to be used during the year of 2012. From that money we had to reimburse 797.74 euros from expenses of WLM 2011, and also reimburse 83.80 euros from expenses with IberoConf and Chapter Meetings 2011 which rounded to an amount of 881.54 euros. All the finance activites of the first 3 months of 2012 (in which those actitives happened) can be seen in this link, that brougth the amount used with 2011 activities to 2415.33 euros. The remained amount of the grant comes to a total of 318.37 euros.
Therefore, WMPT request the remained amount of 318.37 euros to be absorved by the chapter to administrative and other expenses. For the Fiscal Council of WMPT, Béria L. de Rodríguez msg 14:59, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
