Requesting Mass Message Rights for Robin Strohmeyer (WMDE)[edit]

Hereby I request mass message rights for myself, Robin Strohmeyer (WMDE). I work in the Tech Wishes Team at Wikimedia Germany, and I am responsible for the Community Communication. I am replacing Johanna Strodt (WMDE) who will be absent until January 2021. I will need the mass messaging rights to communicate the major software changes to the Wiki communities.
