Non-free content on Wikimedia projects
This page examines the status of non-free content (like fair use) on Wikimedia Projects. Note that the Wikimedia licensing policy requires that any project allowing fair use implement an exemption doctrine policy.

Utilizare cinstită		 The current policy basically "redirects" to the US copyright law, since this was the de facto standard since the beginning of the project (for completeness, that isn't actually a policy -- it's the Wikipedia page referenced from the fairuse template; we rely on the en.wiki policy by default). The Romanian copyright law allows for similar fair use exemptions, so there are no real legal issues, therefore there is no significant interest within the community to resolve this.
