I raised this point with Wikimedians and may be informed it might be more appropriate to raise it here.
Tatar Wikipedia adopted the unnecessary tip "<div style="position:absolute; z-index:100; right:100px; top:0px;" class="metadata" id="anontip">" (e.g. "Have questions? Find out how to ask questions and get answers."), which can be seen by unregistered users and cannot be removed without discussion.
So, I need help to remove the unnecessary tip for anonymous users. Let's discuss. --Tylenol (talk) 12:56, 24 April 2012 (UTC)
I can't find where that tip appears. Anyway I don't see how this needs to be brought up on Meta. I'm sure a local discussion will suffice. Bencmq (talk) 13:21, 24 April 2012 (UTC)
I reopened the request, so we can understand the issue and create a bugzilla request. As an unregistered user, I've seen "Learn more about citing Wikipedia" (or other related to it) in the article "1800 ел" on Tatar Wikipedia. How can you remove it? --Tylenol (talk) 02:52, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
And what are we supposed to tell them? This is an internal matter, and meta is not getting involved here. There is no abuse, no-one has been insulted, no policy was breached. Therefore: closed. Seb az86556 (talk) 07:24, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
