I'm against any new Kurmanji Wikipedia. Kurmanji http://ku.wikipedia.org exists and has more than 12,000 articles. No need for any new Kurmanji Wikipedia. Also Kurmanji http://ku.wiktionary.org exists and is among the largest Wiktionaries!
