[edit] Arguments in favour
- A living language, spoken by 400 000 people. Wikipedia will coordinate Lezgi speakers. --Yaroslav Blanter 19:37, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
- Lezgi is a widely spoken language in Daghestan and northern Azerbaijan. It has a written tradition (periodical literature and fiction). If there are the native speakers here at last, the wiki should be created as soon as possible. Slavik IVANOV 05:13, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
In fact, the Lezgi is spoken by around 700 000 native speakers, primarily in Dagestan and Azerbaijan. This page is vitally necessary.
