Super-administrators are an special type of sysops, because they are primarily first level sysops in Meta and, at the same time, they recieve the same power in all Wikimedia projects.

Hello !

I'm so astonished to belong to spamers ! I edited a website about Paris seen by painters. I think it is an interesting one, as I know, you can't find the same on the net... I don't really understand why my proposal is considered as a spamming on the russian page! SO, if you can give me a reason, I would be very pleased.
