Re: a majority of the voting members[edit]
This sentence doesn't explicitly state what kind of majority is required. Probably, however, it's meant to be an absolute majority, especially as there doesn't seem to be a provision on minimum number of attendees to a resolution. Better make it explicit by adding the required adjective. :) --Nemo 20:43, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
- Technically, I believe it means simply the larger part of the total of yes or no votes. The rules of pocedures specifies a method for members to abstain, where a majority could be less than half of all members. In practice, it is absolute majority, yes. -Bence (talk) 21:04, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
