I am Bence (/bɛntsɛ/) a semi-active editor and administrator on the Hungarian Wikipedia. I have a BA in International Relations and English.
In 2008 I have been elected as a Board member of Wikimedia Hungary, and I've been responsible for its international relations, grant-writing activities and to some extent fundraising and PR since its inception. Since November 2010, I am the executive vice president of Wikimedia Hungary.
In March 2010 I have been selected as a member of the Chapters committee responsible for reviewing applications for and fostering new Wikimedia chapters. In August 2011 I have set up the Wikimedia Chapters Planet to aggregate news from the chapters.
I participate in the translation effort, so that information is available in Hungarian as well, whenever possible.
You can usually find me on IRC under the name Dami_hun or Bence, and on huwiki as User:Bdamokos.
