This proposal here has been rejected as a part of the process of a new policy introduction in 2006. However the following request Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Middle English 2 was indeed rejected for reasons of the new policy. However Incubator has a different policy about what is allowed to be hosted there. It generally allows all languages with an ISO 639-3 code, though test-wikis pertaining to requests rejected by Langcom may be proposed for deletion. --MF-W19:14, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
