No. Having tried this here, I see that emphasizing "Travel Guide" and it's translations does not communicate the choice those links present, which language version of Wikivoyage do you want, as well as emphasizing the language name itself does. So I have not submitted this v4 for consideration at Wikivoyage/Lounge#New_Interlingual_Portal.
