Thank you for your email. The Wikimedia Foundation wikis have been subject to bot spam attacks from IP addresses in an IP range that you utilise, so we have responded with our defences. There is the possibility that it is may be a hijacked PC. I have exempted this user account from the IP restriction, though I would appreciate it if you would run a virus scan through your PC to out least rule out that possibility.
