Bimbot [edit]
Hey, Pietro, your bot should not move interwiki links inside a page. Look at [1]. It moved interwiki to the bottom of the page, where they can be deleted when users create new discussions. --Derbeth 17:46, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- By service pages you mean project pages (in Wikibooks: namespace)? I think such interwiki are very useful. As a person who sometimes tries to coordinate work on sister projects, I found them helpful. --Derbeth 18:12, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
Wikibooks:User:BimBot [edit]
Wikibooks:User:BimBot added it:Lista di tutti i libri to Wikibooks:Template:Bookshelves (all) (see diff). This caused a link to the Italian list of all pages to show up in the "in other languages" box on the Wikibooks:Main Page where it doesn't belong. snapshots uploading [edit]
Ciao Pietrodn, sono un ricercatore di cose strane e appassionato di tutto ciò che riguarda la tecnologia e scienze varie: archeologia, paleontologia, preistoria, mineralogia "do it yourself" etc. etc.. Insomma tutto ciò che esula dalla normale conoscenza mi incuriosisce e mi sprona ad indagare e fare ricerche per saperne sempre un pò di più. Ultimamente mi sono munito di un microscopio digitale che collegato al mio pc comincia a darmi qualche piccola soddisfazione; a tal proposito avendo scattato qualche snapshots a dei fiori di mimosa, ed essendo io quasi a digiuno di botanica sono venuto sul Vs/ sito ad informarmi e, visto che non avete foto di particolari di fiori di mimosa al microscopio, ve ne posso inviare qualcuna che potrebbe essere interessante pubblicare. Ovviamente tali foto, essendo state da me realizzate sono libere da copyright e quindi sono completamente fruibili "for free" da tutti i navigatori di Wikipedia. Avendo altresì fatto alcune ricerche, sempre su Wikipedia, sui "foraminiferi - alveoline" di cui ho alcuni frammenti di selce trovati per caso in campagna durante una passeggiata, in cui sono ben evidenti i fossili delle stesse, posso inviarvi delle foto sempre "for free" scattate al microscopio in cui sono ben evidenti, eventualmente da inserire nella relativa pagina, ovviamente se di Vs/ gradimento. in attesa di un Vs/ riscontro (inviatemi l'indirizzo email cui spedirVi le foto) Vogliate gradire distinti saluti.

Fundraising translation feedback [edit]
Hey Pietrodn, I have a bit of a request to ask from you. We pulled down our banners nearly a fortnight ago for what was a highly successful international fundraiser and brought the curtain down on last years fundraiser. This week however we will be changing payment processors and during the testing of the new system it would be useful to use the time productively on on testing banner text.
To help us out with this I wonder if you would be willing to help us improve our italian text using This Link
