RESOLVED, that Jose Roel G. Balingit, WMPH Treasurer be authorized as he is hereby authorized to represent James Joshua G. Lim, WMPH President or Allan Paolo C. Barazon, WMPH Secretary to file and register for the following business requirements:

a. Barangay Clearance
b. Mayor’s Permit
c. BIR Registration
d. Other requirements that must be complied with for WMPH to fully operate.
