Mi interés es poder colaborar también con el sistema OTRS. Soy colaborador asiduo de Wikipedia en español desde el 21/03/2007. Bibliotecario/sysop desde el 22 de septiembre de 2007. En mi trabajo de vigilancia y mantenimiento en el proyecto noto como se realizan cantidad de articulo que violan las licencias y, que supongo, muchos de ellos llegan a tramitar una solicitud por medio de OTRS. Es importante agilizar el trabajo de revisión de tales solicitudes y por lo tanto deseo ponerme a la orden de Wikimedia para tal fin. My interest is to be able to also collaborate with the OTRS system. I have been active on the Spanish Wikipedia since 21/03/2007. I've been a Librarian/Sysop from 22 September 2007. In my work of monitoring and maintenance I've done license work (license violations) that I suppose, I could help with licensing by means of OTRS. It is important to be flexible in revisions of such requests and therefore desire to volunteer for Wikimedia for such aim at your service. Several OTRS volunteers have recommended I apply for OTRS access, and, after reading through the details of what OTRS work entails, I feel I am someone who would be able to help. I am highly active on the English Wikipedia, and I have been an administrator there for more than two years. I mostly deal with image issues (copyvios, misuses of non-free content and the like) and article content generally. I consider myself articulate and an able communicator; I spend a lot of time helping new editors understand various policies and processes. I was a little concerned about the OTRS software, but I have tried out the demo and read through the help pages here, and I feel confident it will not be a major issue.
