Additional Filters for Page History

• Problem: Currently, when looking into the page history I can only filter for date and for tags. I can´t for example even filter for my own edits.

• Who would benefit: Everyone looking into page histories.

• Proposed solution: Add more filter options into the interface: show/hide my own edits (or if it's not deemed controversial, more generally show/hide selected account's edits), show/hide reverted edits, show/hide minor edits, show/hide bot edits, show/hide deleted edits (this filter would be of course for admins only), maybe others (see also the phabricator task linked below).
