Burn out ! - Experence of Taiwan GLAM Program[edit]
Abstract/description[edit]
In the end of 2022, the Ministry of Culture of Taiwan (MOC) had an idea about to improve the Taiwan culture articles on English Wikipedia. Wikimedia Taiwan designed "Taiwan 1000" project and trained staffs of public GLAM, to help MOC to reach their goal. However, the project ended in 2023 with a low completion rate. Wikimedia Taiwan will share some lesson learned in the project and that may help communities work with government.
