Summary

Description
English: A>Anything but a 45o, closes 1 angle to more stronger, thus other brace angle forced to wider/weaker

>>And this system chain as any other will break on that weaker first; dictating the strength of the whole bracing. note: sine of 1 brace angle is the cosine of the other brace angle; if angles 'compliment'/complete each other to 90o

So, if know cos and sine of 1 angle brace to weakest 90o; you know the cosine/strength of both angles to the bracing.

45 degrees gives equal .707 support cosine to a 90degree(cosine 0) support. Any other angle makes one of the bracing joints less than .707, therefore weaker.
