Description
English: Islamic Cairo is a part of central Cairo around the old walled city of Cairo with hundreds of mosques, tombs, madrasas, hammams, mansions and fortifications dating from the Islamic era. It is one of the world's oldest Islamic cities reaching its golden age in the 14th century.
